My Story Museum is the first permanent history museum in Crystal City Texas, dedicated to preserving our local stories. Currently, the museum features three main exhibits that explore the 1969 student walkouts and other topics related to the Chicano Movement in Zavala County, the Crystal City Family Internment Camp administered by the Department of Justice from 1942-1948, and local veterans of Zavala County.

Crystal City Pilgrimage Committee is currently working on a Phase II expansion of the DOJ camp exhibit titled America’s Last WWII Concentration Camp, with a tentative completion date of October 2025.
